Maison Mare
Designed and built the digital experience for Maison Mare, a limited collection of thirty private residences in Liguria — an immersive, editorial site built to open private conversations rather than close online sales.

Overview
Maison Mare is a limited residential collection on a private hillside above the Ligurian coast — thirty homes in total, with phased completion planned for 2028. The site had to do what a brochure does for property at this level: build desire slowly, answer the practical questions without breaking the spell, and end in a private conversation.
The Challenge
Nothing here is bought online. The entire job of the site is to move a very small number of serious people from curiosity to a personal appointment. That means holding two registers at once — the emotional one that sells a way of living, and the factual one that answers location, completion date, availability and service before anyone will pick up the phone.
Approach
The narrative opens on feeling rather than inventory: “A bolder life at the edge of land.” From there the story moves through the three ways to live at Mare — the Altura Penthouse, the Solstice Duplex and the Luma Garden Home — each given its own full-screen chapter with its own atmosphere, so the collection reads as three distinct characters rather than three floor plans.
The Mare Club is treated as a second act. Framed deliberately as the social and restorative heart of the project rather than an amenity floor, its four spaces — Movement Atelier, Thermal Rooms, the Social Salon and the Olive Walk — are presented as moods in a rhythm rather than a features list.
Only once the desire is built does the site turn practical. A short FAQ handles location, availability, completion and servicing in plain language, and the enquiry is framed as requesting the private residence book and arranging a personal presentation on the coast — an invitation, not a lead form.
Build
Built as a React front end where motion carries the whole experience: scroll-driven reveals, oversized display typography set over full-bleed imagery, and transitions paced deliberately slowly so each residence lands before the next begins. Direct routes out — private line, WhatsApp and a private sales address — sit within reach on every chapter.
Outcome
A property experience that behaves the way the homes do: composed, unhurried and confident enough to stay quiet. It sells the life first, answers the questions second, and puts a private advisor at the end of every path.
